What an inspiring experience it was for Amber Design to participate in Startup Takoradi 2025 and Global Digital Innovation Week (GDIW) hosted by Duapa Werkspace.

This year’s event went beyond a typical gathering. It became a powerful platform for learning, collaboration, and innovation, bringing together entrepreneurs, startups, creatives, and tech innovators from across the region.

During the program, the Amber Design team had the opportunity to network with brilliant innovators, collaborate in teams, and engage in insightful panel discussions and breakout sessions. The experience also allowed us to strengthen our skills in pitching, presentation, and idea development within an environment filled with creativity and purpose.

We were especially excited to witness some remarkable achievements that emerged from the event. KOA Tutors and Greenpacco emerged as winners of the Startup Takoradi Pitch, while Appaaa stood out among the winners of the GDIW Hackathon—a team we were proud to support and cheer on throughout the process.

The collective energy and collaboration at the event demonstrated the power of community-driven innovation. Participants walked away with valuable lessons, stronger professional networks, and renewed motivation to keep building impactful solutions.

  Last Friday, members of Coding Ladies Academy had the incredible opportunity to attend Demo Fridays by Building Bytes , hosted for the first time in Takoradi!  The event brought together startups, tech professionals, students, and innovators to connect, collaborate, and showcase groundbreaking ideas in Ghana’s growing innovation ecosystem. A standout moment for us was seeing our very own Amtul Wahab Ainooson demo her impressive e- commerce website for graphic assets, resources, and creative services — a proud moment highlighting Amber Design’s impact in the creative tech space.  We are grateful to AmaliTech , Duapa Werkspace , and Building Bytes for organizing such a powerful platform that supports local tech talent and encourages bold innovation .
